What it is....

​

It's a unique program that offers you a traditional and original yoga practice which is chosen just for you personally taking your constitution and desired outcome as the guiding thread. Each session is one-on-one and focused on your condition in the present moment and I create the program accordingly.

Yoga program

​

Yoga is a science. Your personal yoga program consists of one, two or three from the below:

 

One -

Yoga positions: the yoga asanas, where we allow our physical body to stretch, to strengthen, to open and to relax. They work on the physical body and they are strung into a sequence that penetrates your muscular, cellular and nervous system. It's important to note, that you do not need to be flexible to begin and will gain a greater range of motion after some time of regular yoga asana practice.

 

Two-

Yoga Breathing or Pranayama. Prana meaning life force and yama meaning practice. Here we use different breathing techniques to release unwanted energetic blocks and to reset our body-mind to a properly functioning system. It has been very successful with eliminating chronic conditions and to relieve suffering.

Three-

Yoga of Sound - Mantra Yoga. We recite positive affirmations in the Sanskrit language with our own sound current. The frequency of our sound stimulates the release of endorphins, oxytocin and other neurotransmitters associated with relaxation and well-being, helping the mind to heal itself, removing stress and to ease the body's tension.

Who is it for? 

​

It’s for adults of all ages who are ready to transform their life and willing to put in the work. It requires you to be disciplined, carve out time for yourself and an open mind to integrate a regular yoga practice into your life.

What can you expect?

​

Be prepared for an in-depth and personal class which leads to an  immediate change in your body and mind. After your session you will receive your individual practice video. 

​

 

How long is a class?

​

Each class is 60 minutes long. We start and finish on time. 

​​

Where do we meet?

​

Virtually: We meet in my personal zoom room. I will send you the link before each class.

In-Person: I offer in-house classes and at-home visits in Calabasas, California. 

​​

Full support on and off the mat.​

​

For the in-person classes I offer traditional hands-on adjustments for the yoga asanas. Virtually, I guide you in the easy-to-follow traditional verbal method to shift your awareness in the yoga asana. Off the mat we communicate via text messages during my daily office hours, you will always be supported.

Personal yoga practice video

​

Each person receives their individually recorded yoga practice video, according to the content of their yoga class. It is important to practice yoga regularly and the videos help you to integrate it to your daily life. They are created with honoring your time availability and your progress. I post the videos on my private youtube channel and send you your private link. You can stream it or download it.
